Mainpuri (UP) Nov 8 (PTI) The district administration has cancelled the pension of 399 people after an enquiry revealed that they were ineligible beneficiaries, official said here today. "During the enquiry, which was conducted on the orders of Chief Minister Mayawati, it was found that 399 people, who were either ineligible or even dead were getting old age pension," Chief Development Officer J B Singh said. He said that the order to cancel pension of the ineligible candidates was issued yesterday.
